Corban Dining Services

Students have a range of options when it comes to dining on campus, from all-you-can-eat meals in the Travis Memorial Dining Hall to coffee, snacks, sandwiches, and more in the Common Grounds Coffee Shop.

Travis Memorial Dining Hall

The dining hall is located in the lower level of Schimmel Hall and offers all-you-can-eat dining for breakfast, brunch (on the weekends), lunch, and dinner.

Corban dining’s delicious, nutritious, and satisfying meals are provided through Sodexo. The dining services team works diligently to accommodate students’ dietary restrictions and food allergies in a personalized, sensitive, and supportive manner.

Grill + Griddle

With a smashing variety of hand-formed burgers, chicken sandwiches, quick-service breakfast foods and vegetarian items, Sizzle boasts a variety-packed menu and a bevy of toppings that range from classic, crunchy veggies to rich, appetizing add-ons.

Savory
Custom Kitchen

Familiar scratch-made comfort food that students know and love merge with authentic global flavors to create a cross-cultural dining experience. From macaroni and cheese to chickpea and vegetable curry, this station offers comforting, satisfying options for all diners, including vegans and vegetarians.

Mix
A Salad Experience

At Mix, students enjoy healthy, locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients. Organic and vegan selections include composed salads, cold grains, and pastas.

Sprouts
Vegan + Vegetarian

With a collection of more than 200 plant-based entrees created by our chefs and taste-approved by university students across the globe, flexitarians, vegetarians, vegans, and everyone else can make a healthy choice at Sprouts.

UCook
Diners will have the ability to prepare their own meals while overseen and guided by professional culinarians. They will be provided with a variety of fresh vegetables, cooked proteins, al dente pasta, sauces, spices, and seasonings and can use an induction burner and sauté pan to cook a combination of items.

Chefs on stage! From carved roasts to global-inspired ingredients hand selected and cooked to order, diners receive a truly customized experience. Food-forward and chef-inspired dishes, from macaroni and cheese with trendy toppings to Korean BBQ pork tacos, offer comforting, satisfying options.

Spoonful is the go-to destination for hearty, flavorful, house-made soups and so much more. Broth bowls inspired by global cuisines warm students up, and there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to satisfy everyone.

Deli Case

Custom-made subs, sandwiches, and paninis on fresh-baked breads featuring fresh-sliced deli meats and cheese, crunchy vegetables, and toppings ranging from classic to adventurous make Stacked the ideal destination for students looking for familiar comfort or something new and fun.

Pizza + Such

Artisan dough, combined with a simple sauce, melty cheese, and any number of delectable toppings, makes for a complete meal that can comfort as well as surprise. Bon appetite!

Pasta Kitchen

Students select from a variety of fresh, flavorful ingredients to put their own unique twist on classic pasta dishes. With a variety of noodles, sauces, and toppings to choose from, students are free to get as creative as they would like, or they can stick to the tried-and-true recipes prepared by our culinarians.

Bliss
The Sweet Spot

From popular ice creams to pastries, cookies, cakes, and pies, Bliss offers everyday indulgence and the chance to sample something exotic.

Monday – Friday

  • Hot Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday

  • Brunch: 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

The dining hall is open to the entire campus community and accepts meal plans, Warrior flex dollars, credit cards, and cash.

Common Grounds Coffee Shop

Common Grounds is located on the second floor of the Pavilion. In addition to a full menu of lattes, mochas, and all your favorite coffee beverages, featuring Stumptown coffee, enjoy a variety of convenient grab-and-go snacks and sandwiches in one of Corban’s most popular study spots. From cozy nooks to group study tables, you’ll find the perfect place to enjoy coffee, study time, and fellowship.

Meal Plans

All on-campus students are required to purchase a semester meal plan, available at different levels of access. For off-campus students, optional meal plans are available.

NWCCU ACCREDITATION

Corban University is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and completed a Year-Seven Comprehensive (Evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness (EIE)) in 2022 for continued accreditation. The comprehensive self-study was followed by an onsite evaluation in October 2022. In February 2023, Corban received reaffirmation of its accreditation for 7 years. Corban University’s last Mid-Cycle Evaluation was fall 2018, and its Policies, Regulations and Financial Review (PRFR) was completed in fall 2021. As of our most recent evaluation, Corban University is compliant with the Standards, Policies, and Eligibility Requirements of the NWCCU.
