Corban University Announces Col. Dean Bonura (’78) as 2019 Distinguished Alum of the Year

Col. Bonura has served in the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division, the 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized), the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, and the 1st Armored Division, with whom he deployed to Iraq in 2003-2004. He also served with the 1st Corps Support Command during Operation Desert Shield in Saudi Arabia and Operation Desert Storm in Iraq (1990-1991).

“I’ll bring donuts for the person who can find the word ‘privacy’ in the U.S. Constitution,” says Sandra Flint. Although she’s been teaching part-time at Corban University since 2015, Flint’s upcoming retirement from the FBI has freed her to accept a full-time faculty position this fall in the Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology programs.

Corban University announces Kylie McMinn as the inaugural head coach for Women’s Lacrosse

Corban University director of athletics Twiggs Reed announced recently that Kylie McMinn will serve as the inaugural head coach for the Warrior women’s lacrosse team. She will begin her duties as the squad’s first-ever skipper on July 1, with the program’s first competitive season slated for the spring of 2021.
