Prior to his time in higher education, he served the public school system for five years, primarily in health, physical education, and music education, before managing a fitness department at a local nonprofit. Paul has also coached volleyball for a decade, and collegiate volleyball for five years, having had the honor of working with hundreds of young women and helping them achieve their goals in life.

Paul and his wife, Analiesse, have been married for eight years, welcoming their first daughter only two days before he officially began at Corban. In his down time, Paul enjoys the sport of volleyball, whether playing on the beach or in the gym, or officiating in the fall, participating in music through singing, and playing board games with his four siblings that all live in the Salem area.

“I chose Corban for the opportunity to connect my faith with my passions in teaching and mentoring young adults at a critical time in their lives. Corban provides the opportunity for personal and professional growth while allowing me to be a present husband and father for my family. Corban allows me to empower people to pursue their purpose.”
