Submitting Your Official Transcripts

After you are admitted to Corban and before you enroll for classes, we will need your final official transcript(s) for high school and any colleges you have attendedYou will need to request these from the schools after you have completed all your courses. Here’s how to send a transcript:

  1. Contact your school office and request your transcript over the phone or by email.
Have them mail it directly to:
    Corban University
    Attn: Admissions Office
    5000 Deer Park Dr. SE
    Salem, OR 97317

If your school gives the transcript to you instead, just drop it in the mail to us! Do not open the envelope of your official transcript, or it will no longer be considered an “official” transcript.

  2. Request your transcript from a thirdparty site like Parchment.
Know that a thirdparty site may charge you a small fee, but this is a good option if your school is difficult to contact. Not all schools subscribe to Parchment, so if you don’t find your school when you search for it, you may have to revert back to option 1.

Submitting Official Test Scores

If you submitted your SAT, ACT, or CLT scores as part of your application, we will also need your official scores from the testing agency. There are a few ways to send them:

  1. Select Corban as a recipient when you take the exam.
When you register for the SAT, ACT, or CLT, you’ll have the option to select four different schools to send your scores to. This is a FREE service, so be sure to take advantage of it!
  2. Ask your high school to add your test scores to your official transcript.
If you had your scores sent to your high school, they may be able to add those to your official transcript with no fee before sending the transcript to Corban.
  3. Send your scores to Corban later.
If you didn’t select Corban at the time of the SAT exam, you can visit the CollegeBoard website any time to send your scores! You’ll be asked to sign in with your SAT login (or, if you don’t remember this info, you’ll be asked to create a new account). Once you’ve signed in, select “send my scores to colleges and scholarship programs.” There, you’ll be able to search for Corban University.

You will be asked to pay a $12 fee if you took the SAT more than 9 days previously.

If you’re in a rush, select the “rush” option at check out to have your SAT scores arrive within 1-2 business days. There is an additional fee for this.

To send official ACT scores, visit the ACT website and follow a similar process!

To send official CLT scores, visit the CLT website and log into your account.
