Call for Proposals

The Faithful Leaders Conference invites proposals for engaging and inspiring sessions that align with Corban’s mission to empower emerging and evolving leaders through faith-based principles. If you are a speaker, facilitator, or expert with insights to share, we encourage you to submit your proposal.

Proposal Guidelines

We are seeking sessions that:

  1. Address the needs of emerging leaders (new to leadership roles) and/or evolving leaders (experienced leaders refining their skills).
  2. Align with the conference theme and objectives.
  3. Offer practical takeaways, tools, or strategies rooted in faith-based leadership principles.
  4. Engage participants through dynamic, interactive, and thought-provoking content.

Session Formats

  • Workshops (75 minutes): Interactive sessions with actionable outcomes.
  • Panel Discussions (60 minutes): Collaborate with other speakers to discuss key themes.
  • Keynotes (30–45 minutes): Inspirational presentations.
  • Leadership Labs (30 minutes): Hands-on, skill-focused activities.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Kristine Medyanik

Dr. Kristine Medyanik is a dedicated leadership educator, speaker, and consultant committed to developing both today’s leaders in the community and tomorrow’s leaders in the classroom. She serves as faculty with the Hoff School of Business at Corban University, where she equips students with the skills and insights necessary for impactful leadership.

Dr. Medyanik will be our morning keynote and emcee for the day as the primary organizer and passionate advocate for this event.

As the founder and owner of Shattered Glass Leadership, Dr. Medyanik works with professionals and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, foster resilience, and drive meaningful growth. Her passion lies in helping individuals navigate leadership challenges, build strong teams, and unlock their full potential.

In addition to her work in education and leadership development, Dr. Medyanik serves on the board of the McLaren Leadership Foundation, where she contributes to advancing leadership excellence and ethical business practices.

With a deep commitment to mentorship and strategic leadership, Dr. Medyanik is a trusted resource for those seeking to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

NWCCU ACCREDITATION

Corban University is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and completed a Year-Seven Comprehensive (Evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness (EIE)) in 2022 for continued accreditation. The comprehensive self-study was followed by an onsite evaluation in October 2022. In February 2023, Corban received reaffirmation of its accreditation for 7 years. Corban University’s last Mid-Cycle Evaluation was fall 2018, and its Policies, Regulations and Financial Review (PRFR) was completed in fall 2021. As of our most recent evaluation, Corban University is compliant with the Standards, Policies, and Eligibility Requirements of the NWCCU.
