Additional Expenses

In addition to tuition, room and board, there are some additional expenses you will want to plan for while you attend Corban. Please note these are sample costs. Actual costs may vary.

Airfare: $1,200 – 2,000 USD

Health Insurance: $1,600 – $3,000 USD
A number of factors can influence this cost, including age, and the cost may increase annually. Students over 19 can expect higher costs.

Living Expenses: $5,000 USD
Textbooks, toiletries, dining out, off-campus activities and other general living expenses.

Corban requires all international students to provide certification of adequate financial support. An Immigration and Naturalization Services I-20 will not be released until you have been accepted for admission, paid your deposit and submitted the completed Statement of Financial Responsibility.

Deposit

After you are admitted to Corban, you will need to submit your deposit. Your $500 non-refundable tuition deposit secures your place at Corban and will be applied toward your tuition costs.

Once you pay your tuition deposit, we will be able to provide an I-20 so you can begin the visa process.

For students who will be living on campus, there is an additional $100 non-refundable housing deposit fee to reserve your place in campus housing.

NWCCU ACCREDITATION

Corban University is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and completed a Year-Seven Comprehensive (Evaluation of Institutional Effectiveness (EIE)) in 2022 for continued accreditation. The comprehensive self-study was followed by an onsite evaluation in October 2022. In February 2023, Corban received reaffirmation of its accreditation for 7 years. Corban University’s last Mid-Cycle Evaluation was fall 2018, and its Policies, Regulations and Financial Review (PRFR) was completed in fall 2021. As of our most recent evaluation, Corban University is compliant with the Standards, Policies, and Eligibility Requirements of the NWCCU.
